Absolutely fantastic service. Our water heater went out so very friendly tech came out replaced the t-stat and all seemed fine. Unfortunately later that night the water was extremely hot and did not respond to set point. The NEXT DAY the owner came out and spent 4 hours (at the end of the day) troubleshooting and repairing until it was up and running better than before. He did all he could to fix the unit so we didn't have to spend a bunch of money replacing it. Anyone ever ask me about a plumber hands down Royal Flush. AMAZING!!!!!
Rob did an excellent job. He communicated what he was doing during his visit. Very satisfied with Royal Flush. Rob is a keeper he knows his art of plumbing. Very reasonable price and efficient.
